About Jef

Serving the Bay Area since 1998, Jef Szilagyi provides a unique and compassionate approach to health and healing. With expertise in pain, stress, and staying balanced with the demands of fast-paced lifestyle, Jef calls on a trident of healing arts: integrative acupuncture, IFS coaching and healing bodywork.

Together and individually, these modalities aid the body, mind, and spirit of his clients, allowing them to find their vitality and upright spirit.

Motivated by a deep love for the challenges of being human and a respect for the intrinsic wisdom of the natural world, Jef blends his knowledge of Chinese Medical therapies with a his unique knowledge of the Human Stress System, evolutionary health perspectives, and the importance of psychological transformation.

In 2026, Jef is adding two new offerings to his health and healing portfolio. The Men’s Growth Circle is a community-based, facilitated men’s group for up to 8 men interested in personal growth. There will be a Spring and Fall session with these circles. In October, Jef will be hosting the The Ancestral Futures Men’s Retreat in Mendocino County. This intensive event will be rich in practices and soul-work in a large community of men.
